Meet Nikki.
Nikki Zotto is a consultant within real estate education and real estate practice. As an educational consultant, Nikki provides continuing education classes, pre-licensing courses, retreats, and professional development opportunities to real estate licensees across the United States.
As a real estate consultant, she is the Designated Broker/Owner of Sheffield & Vine (Phoenix, AZ) and the Managing Broker/Owner of Nicole Zotto, Real Estate (Chicago, IL).
Teaching Philosophy
As a real estate instructor, my mission is to embody servant leadership, creating an environment of learning that empowers students with knowledge and skills while fostering their individual growth. I am committed to leading by example, prioritizing the needs and aspirations of each student above all else. I aim to inspire the next generation of real estate professionals to lead with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to serving their clients and communities. Together, we will build a stronger, more ethical, and professional real estate industry.
