Nikki Zotto is a consultant in real estate education and practice. As an educational consultant, She provides continuing education classes, pre-licensing courses, and professional development opportunities to real estate licensees across the United States. During the academic year, she teaches the undergraduate real estate course FIN-432 at Grand Canyon University’s (GCU) Colangelo College of Business.

As a consultant within the real estate industry, she serves as the Designated Broker/Owner of Sheffield & Vine (Phoenix, AZ) and the Managing Broker/Owner of Nicole Zotto, Real Estate Broker (Chicago, IL). Before opening her businesses, Ms. Zotto worked with Colibri Group, Larabee School of Real Estate, Baird & Warner-Gold Coast, the University of Chicago School Mathematics Project, and the University of Nebraska’s College of Engineering.

Ms. Zotto received a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University. She is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at GCU. Ms. Zotto’s primary research interests include leadership, organizational change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion within the real estate industry.

Ms. Zotto is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, LBGTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, American Real Estate Society, Real Estate Educators Association, and the American Psychological Association.

In her free time, Ms. Zotto enjoys traveling the world and exploring new hiking trails.
